Return Acceptance Criteria :

Return Acceptance Criteria : Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Metal Clarity and Weight :

  • The jewelry must be returned to its original condition with no change in metal clarity and weight.
  • Any alteration, modification, or discrepancy in the weight or condition of the Metal will result in the product being returned to the buyer, and no refund will be provided.

Diamond clarity and Weight :

  • Diamond must be returned to its original condition with no change in Clarity and weight.
  • Any alteration, modification, or discrepancy in the weight or condition of the Diamond will result in the product being returned to the buyer, and no refund will be provided.

Product Tag :

  • The product tag must be in the same condition as when received by the customer.
  • If the tag is torn, lost, crumbled, or if it is evident that the customer has removed and attempted to reattach it, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be provided.

Return Process :

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the Login button on the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on My order button in the account section.
  • Click on the return button available in your order.
  • Place your return order by mentioning the valid reason.

Contact Customer Support :

  • Reach out to our GlitSoul customer support team within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Approval and Return Instructions :

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Inspection :

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return acceptance criteria.
  • If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed as per your preference.

Refund Policy :

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and approving the returned item.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
